Aviation rules in Saudi is FAA in fact all the airlines trains their pilots in the states.

I don't think anyone got hired at DL without Part 121 time. Your Saudi time is not 121, so that will work against you.

My airline operates under the same strict set of regulations as airlines in the United States - Federal Aviation Regulations Part 121.

Or you are operating illegally, since you are not listed as having a 121 certificate.

Well, it’s GACAR 121, not FAR 121.

But I do have friends who got hired at Delta with no 121 time, but they were US military.

GACA and FAA regulations are identically the same, though!!

It doesn’t matter if they read the same, it has to be US 121 certificate time. Why are you so sure the embassy will issue you a visa to work in the US, unless you are already possessing a green card.

Also, time in type matters little in the US, as you will bid or be assigned a type, go thru the same course as every new hire. If there are no bid openings for your class in the A320; you’ll be trained on whatever is open, likely MD-88.

My fiancée is a U.S citizen but it doesn’t really matter coz citizenship is not something I’m pursuing. I’m sure about the visa because I have already applied for it and the embassy informed me that the visa will be issued once I get an offer letter from any U.S based company it’s part of the process + I have a 10 year entry visa but it doesn’t give me the right to work. I have a social security, a property, and a Security clearance.

You don't need US 121 time specifically, foriegn equivalent should work. Military/91/135 can get hired without 121 time.

It's true that DAL specifically seems to prefer airline experience in civilian hires, but plenty of other airlines are more welcoming.

Now if you're talking about being a 121 PIC, yes you need US 121 experience first, foriegn experience will not count, even "121 equivalent".
