My advice would be to not seek advice. I took mine 4 years ago by myself in a quite room and answered the questions honest but consistently and didn’t overthink them. Just have a beer take some deep breaths then take the test, you’ll do fine!!!

This +100

The pilots that have the most problems are the ones that overthink everything seeking the answer they think UAL wants.

Meanwhile, the pilots that simply answer honestly (since they are pilots and have "pilot" personalities) sail through.

Congrats!
Congrats to all those who receive the Hogan invite post-job fair. I hope you all are successful when taking that assessment.
I did not receive an invite and am still keeping my fingers crossed that I’ll get a chance to take it in the coming weeks.

Yes and no.

It is used for many different purposes and there are various versions out there on the interweb to try.

The problem: UAL's exact calibration is not published publicly so you can't score yourself to see if you "passed."

Well, if it’s anything like when I took the hogan, they have to review your answers and send another email that says they’d like to move forward with the selection process. That is unless the hogan has changed, and you find out your pass/fail results immediately after submitting your test.

I did not get the results immediately. It said that they forward that to UAL. I did record the screen before I hit submit, but that didn’t reveal any secrets lol.
The test has only one part of about 200 questions, it took me about 95 mins to complete, moving at a decent pace. You have the following answers: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Agree, Strongly Agree

Ok, well the only reason I pointed that out is to inform you that interview dates are not guaranteed after the hogan. (Unless something has changed since I was hired) But I do sincerely wish you the best of luck!
