LOL! Funny; up until recently, just about every United and ex-CAL pilot would have agreed with you. Now, not so much. And that's a good thing. As you can see, we're still a bit sensitive here.
Quote: With the comment he made, he wouldn’t have made it past the Hogan test due to immature personality disorder. He will be confined to the corporate world forever.
Exactly, sounds like he is lashing out after some trust fund kid destroyed a Lav and he didn’t stock any latex gloves to clean it up.
Unconfirmed nickname is Barehand bowl-boy

Lighten up, Francis.

If you get upset at his joke, he wins. Let's not take ourselves so seriously.

Because you could actually have enough income to do so? Sorry to hear your current operation isn’t paying you enough to fufill your wild booze fueled desires.

One of those corporate or non sched guys who brags about how he “turned down” multiple offers from the “majors” because he’s just to skilled of a pilot to fly for those idiots.

“And then I told the chief pilot at Delta to KMA I ain’t flying for you worthless automation dependent SOBs! He was begging me to come to work for them. That was after I shot down UAL, AAL, UPS, SWA and FedEx!”

I’ve heard that convo more than once sitting on the flight deck of a raunchy old DC-8 or in an FBO waiting for the boss.

Not upset at all. The guy bashes every major, cargo, most of the LCCs, and other corporate jobs. When I am digging in the tool box...I call a tool the tool it is.

I’ve got a couple fellow pilots with their lives in potential ruins. It is quite the serious situation and Barehand Bowl-boy wants to jump in a place he isn’t part of.

Police Scotland say a 45-year-old pilot held under transportation safety laws has been released without charge. The second pilot, who is 61, is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
One released, one netted...
61? Wow. I can’t even imagine what’s going on in his or her head right now. Presumed innocent, but this could be the short end of a very long career over a night of drinks. Definitely food for thought in the future.
Quote: You get shot down from UAL?? Or not qualified enough to get called??
Actually, no. I had a class date. Since I wanted to fly the big jets I found it appealing. I almost went, but after penciling it out, I couldn't afford the cut in pay. As of a short time ago, our pay went up so much it just didn't make economic sense. Too bad.
