Got the TBNT, 4 year degree but fairly new. Thought I was calm throughout and did well. Good luck to those with a yes and interviews coming up!

Don’t feel too bad, from all the reports the union and others are getting it’s only around a 40% pass rate in the interview.

To anyone going into the Aviate interview, spend the money on a consulting service. This will dramatically increase your chances of success. Just carve out a little portion of that bonus and do it. Cage has a backlog, so get with them before you even submit your app. Once you have a date scheduled with them, then apply and schedule your interview. Just do it folks. There are many many gotchas to this interview. You would never go into a checkride without practicing the maneuvers. Don’t treat this any differently. Hire a consultant and do some “practice checkrides.” It’s common sense. Going in not knowing the failure points is putting yourself behind the 8 ball.

Very good advice.
