Just a comment from what I've personally seen. The guys/gals that go to the MTC interview within month after the MTC process. Other new hires I've flown with as everyone knows have sat months before a class date. Good news is with 600+ new hires this year Spirit will have to interview a lot of you guys. Good luck to all.

Should I reapply under the new requisition number in 2020 mine says “Under Review” since summer , recently went to a MTC in Nov? I know they are very busy with the holidays passing and high numbers of new hires , so I’m waiting patiently.... just curious.

Cool, how do you think it went? Did you get some face time? Did you tell them how you wanted to work at Spirit? With the Holidays things slow down. Did any of the NOV guys get a call yet??

I got a second Gallup test and am wondering if I should do it again. I applied last year and never got a tanks but no thanks.

I went ahead and did the app again. I also got a second gallup, but if i try to do it it says:
An assessment has already been completed with this Access Code. Thank you for your participation.

I now show 2 apps on the dashboard, with the new one's status saying pending completion of gallup assessment. It gives a phone number for gallup support if "you believe its in error", but idk if thats actually the case or not

Mine did this too and within 2-3 days it switched to under review. So both are pending.

I just went ahead and reapplied under the new requisition number. I'm also keeping a eye out for a new MTC announcements.

It seems that they only want the Gallup to be taken one time. It must be a momentary glitch in the matrix before ICIMS figures out the Gallup is already done.

Also, obviously there is a new 2020- requisition number for the position, but with the old 'under review' one, did anyone ever hear back from HR, get a MTC invite, phone interview, interview, TBNT email, crickets, etc?

It has been several weeks since I took the Gallup Assessment, and I still have not received anything not even a TBNT . Took it two years ago and heard back pretty quickly. Anyone else had the same thing?
