If it helps anyone, I had applied prior to COVID, but never heard anything. I had a buddy send a recommendation letter a few weeks ago and just got the invite for a phone interview. My times are 3100TT 1100TPIC, Regional Captain ad prior Navy Flight Engineer experience. I'm pretty sure the only reason I got the invite was due to the referral!

Try:
externalportal-spirit.icims.com/jobs/dashboard
because that one will show "under review"
But the "usual" careers page:
inflightcareers-spirit.icims.com/jobs/dashboard
will make it appear you haven't applied to any open positions...
