have ppl got a TBNT after the just the phone interview ?
Did mine yesterday, few red flags, Ive been without a job for 6 months due to Covid shutting the door & no Spirit job fairs.
was told 2-3 days I would get a response though.
reading the forum that ppl got an email that day or the next day to schedule an interview.

They are swamped, no news is good news.
If they invited you for the phone interview, they intend to take it one step further. I wouldn’t stress to much over it.

That is what I did. When you get the invite for the virtual interview, be sure to read the checklist that is attached. It will tell you to send them an updated resume and any letter of recommendations.
