I think they are working their way through the applicants that applied last year and were through the majority of the interviewing process. I am sure once they get them done, things will start to show for the more recent applicants.

Back in 2018-2019 mine was under review for over 6 months.

I just logged on to my app it used to say under review. Upon checking this time it doesn't show the under review tab or anything. I didn't get a TBNT email. I was wondering if this is a glitch?

If you click around in your profile in some manner you can get to the page where it says you’re under review. It’s not listed in the regular spot the first time you go there, which is some kind of glitch. I can’t remember the exact circumstance under which it comes back.

I had the same issue. I had to click on view current job openings from the dashboard. FO was still listed with requisition number 3672. I clicked on it, entered my email and it said I already applied (thank goodness). After that, the dashboard showed my previous app under past job submittals and it was under review.

if its been more than a week or 2 and you have not recieved a TBNT email then you are fine, just wait for a call

Yep, they got thousands of applicants for only 200ish openings (400 total for 2021 minus the 200 that already had CJOs). My advice is just to be patient.

The daily routine at this point is to check and see if "Under Review" still shows with my coffee in hand, then back to normal life schedules. Patient and hopeful!
