Those 19 are just options. Reserved space on the production line the UA has paid a deposit to hold. They aren’t aircraft orders. UA can sell the option do another carrier, or give them back to Embraer. The factor that determines if those aircraft get built for UA is mainline scope.
If they do get built I can tell you where they won’t be going. That path was made very clear on Monday.
