OO will be a net positive of >1700 pilots by the end of 2022.
It is unfortunate, but you’re “category” is already slated to disappear.
We’re reading what you’re saying, so try reading what everyone else is saying…..
AW a single customer contract (UA only) for a customer that has explicitly said that your aircraft is going to disappear soon.
JFK said it best, “Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.”
Again, you have over one hundred single class fifty seat aircraft that you fly, very much for UA as well. Those are just as slated for retirement as ours or anyone else's, which by the way are not entirely going to be phased out in any case.Originally Posted by Claxstarr

Maybe in 2022 you'll be net positive pilots, but heck in 2022 everyone will be net positive. Maybe you can get more flying here and there but no more or less than anyone else can who is competing for it. I'm not the least bit afraid of competing against Skywest for UA 550s, 900s or any other airplane our management adds. We compete against you now and do well, we'll compete against you later and do well too.
