Quote: The CPO sent that email out because he’s lazy. You define your availability just like you define your fitness to fly.

use this example if you like. If I were to ask JO to wash my car for $50, he’s not available. However, if I were to offer, and be able to pay, $5 million for him to wash my car I’m willing to bet he’s available. Compensation is absolutely tied to availability.
I'm not arguing what criteria you or anyone else uses to determine personal availability. I agree with you. I'm saying I don't recommend telling crew tracking that your availability hinges on higher pay than what they are offering, for the reasons already mentioned. If you want to go down the road of haggling with them and maybe even having to grieve whatever code they give you after things don't go your way, all the power to you.

Has anyone else not received any reply from anyone after sending in a resignation letter? I’m still on the schedule beyond my last day, so I guess it’ll be a fun surprise for Crew Tracking when I don’t show up for those trips.

Sent to Chuck and HR, with multiple follow ups. It finally got recognized, so I’m officially part of the LAMA group. I’m just waiting on my pin and membership card. Have fun guys. And remember, the airline is more important than your family or home life. Enjoy.

Quote: JRA pay is 150%. I’m not rolling out of bed on my days off for 150% when I can just pick up 300% that’s a turn with higher credit…
no it’s not. It’s 300 pct if you are an ejet pilot or crj fo.

Quote: This is one of the main things we want to keep here at Mesa. The 300% open time is crucial in padding our paychecks. The company is playing hardball about it. HOWEVER, we are expecting a pay increase somewhere north of $20 an hour/$13 an hour FO/CA, respectively. But do we allow the company to take away our beloved 300%? J.O is offering multiple ways to get our raise, but it’s certainly going to be a give and take. Even a cheaper hotel package on API has been mentioned. Like I said, we will get what we want and succeed in the long run! This airline pilot business is tough stuff!!
again for anyone reading this, this guy is an Envoy troll.

CS is getting desperate with these illegal scheduling attempts lately.

So are you a fake Envoy pilot or a fake Mesa pilot? My money is on fake Mesa. The mods need to shut you up.
