Pretty much all correct.
For CRJ ground school in SLC, the hotel should have a shuttle for groceries and you'll have a kitchenette.

Hello guys! Quick question. Do you know if they reply on weekends? I sent my application on Friday and just wondering the timeline they could possibly answer me.

They are still online. Even though they are online, be sure to dress for success with a suit and tie for men or equally dressy attire for women.
