I begin training soon, and an email I received from ATP said I should expect to finish ATP-CTP on a Monday, with my indoc being the following Tuesday morning in SLC. Is that a normal timeframe? This just has me a bit concerned about the possibility of not being able to make it over to SLC in time. Obviously if it really seems to be an issue I’ll contact my recruiter but I just wanted to get a few thoughts here in the meantime. Thanks!

There were a couple that lived close enough to SLC that they drove back home. A few flew back home as well. The company didn't care where you got them done from as long as they were completed and you were back on Monday for the start of ground school. I just stayed at the hotel because I wasn't willing to take a chance on cancellations due to bad weather.

No, that's been the standard footprint as far as I can tell. CTP class Monday - Thursday. CTP sims Thursday - Sunday. ATP Written test Monday morning, with your choice of 9:00, 10:30, 11:30 based on flight departure time. Everyone in my class was done by 12:00. Fly to DEN (or SLC) and start Indoc Tuesday morning. CTP to Indoc 8 days.

You can go home, but they were pretty clear about their willingness to "separate you from the company" if you didn't make it back for GS on Monday. Whether or not that's a real threat. Basically travel at your own risk.

Thanks everyone for the answers to my previous question. One more: can I expect to receive an itinerary/schedule for CTP and/or indoc before training begins? Mainly for curiosity sake, and telling friends and family what I’ll be up to when. Getting close to class date and I haven’t seen anything yet. Thanks!

Got the call from the waitlist, starting indoc in a few weeks. This is good news for everyone.
How do you guys deal with food accommodations from ATP to finish?
Are we pretty much eating out every meal at the hotel for ATP & Indoc for 2 weeks?
And then once we get to ground/sims portion we get the full suites and can buy groceries?
Please tell me they’re doing single occupancy throughout the entire program now lol

ATP through indoc is a regular hotel room with a fridge and microwave. Free hotel breakfast + combo of eating out/delivery/grocery store runs of prepared foods. There will be a couple restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Ground school onwards, you will have a little kitchenette you can use to cook.
Single occupancy rooms as of now.
