Yes, I would highly recommend ERJ.

I’m going to be in TPA FL area so I would probably choose CRJ for my particular situation

I'm a SkyWest Cadet, dating back to the fall of 2019. I've received radio silence from recruiting since February 2020, despite updating my hours. I'm now over 2000 hours, and friends who were not cadets and who have lower flight times than me have been contacted for an interview.

Currently sitting at ~2000 hours and all ATP minimums checked, to go along with a 4 year degree, a Gold Seal CFI, and no training failures.

Any idea what's going on?

Just PM’d you with a couple questions. Thanks!

I don't. Just for perspective - I had an interview scheduled last March and been advised I should hear 'soon'. I am past PT121, ATP , etc. My guess is it's busy for them but surprised they aren't calling those from Cadet program or those that had interviews scheduled before new applicants.

I recommend CRJ. ERJ FOs are making the transition just to upgrade. ERJ upgrade ain’t looking good..... Correct me if I’m wrong.

Get in. Get PIC. Get out.

I am in a very similar boat. Havn’t heard a single thing from SkyWest in months. I have been a Cadet since August 2019. 1,600 hours, CFI/CFII/MEI. I have the ATP/CTP done and the ATP Written is complete. And despite all that, I know somebody with about 2,000 hours, no CTP, no written, not a CFI, not even a cadet, that has been contacted to complete an interview within the next week. I don’t want to seem whiny or anything, but what the heck? What do I need to do? Should I email a recruiter with an updated resume?

exactly. No need to hang out on a stepping stone any longer than you need.
