Or get 2 Types and go crj upgrade to erj.. tbh though sitting sub 4K overall pilots I’d bet erj upgrade will be quicker than crj by next year. I only have an upgrade bid in for erj.. I was crj and took the transition. Much easier on the erj imo.

Yeah idk, if you’re west coast living I’m still sticking to the ERJ. After 2 years in the right seat you can make a decision. The CRJ offers domiciles the ERJ doesn’t so I wouldn’t just expect more senior pilots to transition over and take those CA vacancy’s. IMHO the upgrades in 2 years will be nearly the same time. Of course that’s pending if UA and DL are for real with retirement of the 200. I will say this, I’ve seen way to many 200’s lately on sits.

I don't. Just for perspective - I had an interview scheduled last March and been advised I should hear 'soon'. I am past PT121, ATP , etc. My guess is it's busy for them but surprised they aren't calling those from Cadet program or those that had interviews scheduled before new applicants.
