Quote: What has been people experience with changes to their application after the invite to interview?? In regards to training failures added to the application after?

I have heard that the accuracy of the application’s importance varies depending on who is conducting the interview.

I made a few changes to my app after I was invited and they weren’t mentioned in the interview.

Quote: Okay. Thanks my deal here is that I was open about all my faa ride bust. Going through my documents I found some training documents I had to redo a few sim sessions. I have the documents and I didn’t put them on the application so that’s where I’m worried.
Do you mean regular sim sessions or MV/LOE check ride events?

Thanks for the reply and good luck on the interview...i guess my 2 tickets shouldnt be a dealbreaker. I signed up for the recruiter meetings in june... waiting for an invite to the event. Hopefully that triggers something.

The way I understand it, they care about honesty more than the number of speeding tickets.

Interview scheduled for 6/28. Answered no to the speeding ticket question, but got to thinking and I remember getting one in high school...30+ years ago, couldn't tell you where or when. Should I change my answer? Can't possibly be on record anywhere, can it?

I’d personally put it on there. I had one about a decade ago, I searched and bought records to find it because I couldn’t remember the exact timing and place, and found nothing. I still put it on my app the general timeframe and location. Was never asked about it in the interview and background checks are all done, so no biggy. It’s better than them somehow finding it when you didn’t put it on the application.

If your interview is scheduled I wouldn't change it and add it. They aren't digging that deep, but it does look sus if you got an interview and then start disclosing things. Is they do find it and bring it up just say you totally forgot about it and can't even tell you anything about it

That is really bad advice. Lots of people get the interview invite and then remember old tickets/busts/other negative info. Numerous people have said they've done similar things and never even heard a peep about it during the interview. Add it to your app. It's a single ticket from 30 years ago. It's not like your trying to dupe them by adding 10 tickets from the last 3 years. It is much better this way than having Cisiv find it during the background check and having to risk losing your CJO over failing to disclose.

What seems to be the average time from CJO to class date notification? I know they are metering Delta regionals, which does not apply to me.
