It’s too bad that over here at the kids table nobody is brave enough to post their info.

well, when the thread starts off with a mod saying you could get fired, it doesn’t encourage posting.

I think too many are afraid to realize they are being exploited.

We're not even at the kids table, we're still in the playpen with full diapers. Someone please send help!

Exactly, too many people on here and especially on Reddit need to understand the compensation during their time at the regionals to properly understand the risks of flying as a career.

Figure regional first officer you make 50-60K.

You might be able to game the system and work a ton of OT to get your pay into the 90’s… but if you have a spouse that will speed up the AIDS divorce as they realize you’re now literally never home and you’ll end up with 35-40K after you split everything, so factor that in.

Captains prob make 90-150K.

I’m not a regional pilot, but believe this to be accurate. Someone feel free to chime in if I’m way off

Then again, you are not like I was when I was in my crib with a full diaper. I found a source of material with which I could finger paint my crib. I also found if I flung it on the walls of my room it made a good mark. Wonder what that says about me. And my parents who kept telling the story to guests, as I was growing up.
