It's hard to find great these days, but a previous employer provided a really nice selection of Aetna plans. I'm covering a family of 4 and it's not terrible. I haven't had any surprises yet, but so far no kids have needed braces, surgery, etc.
I was on my wifes plan, but she just changed jobs, and the new job has pretty mediocre insurance that is $500 a month for just two people. I'm in the process of switching to my current employers insurance, but if things go well I won't be using that in about a month. "Good, not great" is a good enough answer for me.
