I have no idea what their new scope looks like at AAG. But if pattern bargaining was used, my guess would be that is it looks a lot like United and Delta scope. One big thing is the 450 hull cap at both United and Delta for outsourced flying that comes in to affect after a few years from implementation. AAG already has a lot CR7's, CR9's, and Ejets flying around. Time will tell.

The aag contract wasn't really a gain in anything except pay. Once that mou was signed, they were trapped. If their scope went anywhere I'm assuming it went backwards.

Oh well, their loss, hopefully it doesn't screw us when we hit the table in a year or two.

In two years I think the Regional industry is going to be "Fd up". I think you guys will have more leverage. I would not doubt to see the E175s and those type of planes come back on to your guys list, where it belongs.

My thoughts exactly. New hire classes at most regionals have a large number of prior 121 pilots in them. Just like what TSA is seeing now. The hiring numbers for this year and beyond at the majors is huge. Soon there won't be any pilots jumping from regional to regional as most will be at the majors. Hiring at the regionals will be weak and unsustainable.

Meaning, instead of both partners being FOs and switching between the captains seat and fo seat during sim, and having to learn both sets of flows, etc, do you get to stay in "your" seat for all sims?

Yes, typically they are pairing the FOs with a CQFO that already has time in the 145. It greatly improves the success rate of the FO. If you are paired with another FO (unlikely), you don't have to learn both flows. You are only responsible for the FO flows.

I'm paired with an FO. I will be sitting left Seat while they sit right. If CQFOs are paired together they will have to switch seats.
Does anybody know how American travel benefits work this time and who is eligible for them? I know last time they were kind of a pain to use.
