Do flows have to go through interview or are they auto in? Also when things open up will they do a combo of flow and off street or completely drain the flow then go to off street?

Flow throughs do not interview. In the summer of 2010 Delta hired 305 pilots...157 flow throughs and 148 "off the street" like myself.

Not this year but very possible next year, going into slow period of year right now

It helps, have them get some contacts in the hiring dept and also talk with CP. The main thing is they do the online recommendation. Good luck

It has been my experience that the training atmosphere has been quite relaxed. That's not to say you don't have to perform, but I think the thought process here is that by this point in your career, you know how to prepare yourself and they expect you to do that.

Yes, they have to get on their own delta email address (many north guys may not know how but they can get that info on deltanet) when it asks for the rec info make sure you both use his/her delta email address for it.
