Winter Solstice 2012 HSLD?? Are the lawmakers praying that the Mayans were right so the rules dont have to go into effect? It would not surprise me in the least....

congress mandated that the rules go into effect 1 aug 2011. no grace period.

Apparently some of the rules are to be implemented immediately, others a grace period. We'll find out for sure in 40 minutes.
