I don't know man. I was hired into a pool for an August class. I just got an email saying the CRJ Pilot Position is cancelled. I looked on the company website and the FO is no longer listed as an open position. I guess they are done hiring for the near future?

I got the same thing a few minutes ago. Sounds like they're done hiring for a little bit.

I got an automated email for AWAC today telling me the CRJ First Officer position for which I had applied had been cancelled.

Two things caught my attention.

First, I hadn't applied for the job in the recent past. Last year, April of 2011, I did, but not recently.

Second, if the position has been cancelled, does that mean AWAC is not hiring anymore, or are they just telling me to get lost? If they're telling me to get lost, I've manage to get rejected for a job for which I didn't apply. Awesome!

I got that email earlier today. Funny thing about that though... I got another email about 15 minutes ago that tells me to disregaurd the first email. It said that the first was sent to me in error. I checked my status and it does say that my resume is in review. I don't know what is going on, but I will keep my hopes going!

I'm in the August class too. I also got the same email, I'm pretty sure it was a mistake. I got it once before, right before I was called for the interview. So no worries see you in August.
