Am I the only one tired of Project Lift? It singlehandedly motivates me to update applications elsewhere.

You can always update apps elsewhere without making forum posts about it, that's still an option.

Im not a fan of it either, but if it helps our company come out ahead when the end of this malarky is over.

To be fair, PL was a great idea that first. I appreciated the thought of it in keeping us safe and it’s good advertisement for the company. I just think it’s run it’s course. All it does now is make us do longer trips, have longer travel days, and ultimately be more fatigued.
Also, I’m not really updating applications bc there is no point in it bc there is nowhere to go currently that would help to advance a career, which is prob part of the reason this program still exists.

Yes! I had an in person scheduled for March but it was postponed/cancelled due to covid. At first we were getting monthly updates with current state of affairs at Flex, but since early fall it's been radio silence. Glad to hear we may see some news soon. Good luck to you!

Of course! I have actually reached out a few times to my point of contact there. Last communication was in December, mentioning that they were preparing to resume hiring and more info would come in 2 months or so.
