The fuel bonus was paid out quarterly and directly tied to your fuel burn versus time aloft when I was there. Max time aloft versus minimum fuel burn, and not just minimum fuel burn. Because Flex makes more money the longer their plane is in the air and the Hobbs is ticking over to charge owners.

Cruise speeds are what they are. It’s not like an airline where the cost index largely determines your speed. But you can pull it back with a favorable tail wind, climb higher, get better routing, select a runway with a shorter taxi and bring it to the ramp single engine. Within reason you can effect it like any good pilot.
I didn't understand that initially as I would go for shortest flight time that beat the fuel burn. And my metrics suffered.
Good luck.

I think DAC, or Onesky? invested in the development early on. They definitely did not cancel their order. And production is scheduled to start in 2023. I think it’s actually going to fly. I just hope it’s a money maker!
