It’s funny, when kenn took over, we were told that the two companies would be run separately. We were told that we’d get to vote as a group, on any changes. They did a survey and even showed the results, for a new uniform. Shocker, the new uniform was nothing even close to what the survey showed. I personally thought it was a distraction from the fact he had just stripped us of our bonus. The bonus that Handjob kept telling us that we were killing it, even better than the previous year. The list is very long, items that were promised to us and ultimately not honored

Well let’s see. Running two separate companies. A “super base” in Dallas. No one was in danger of being terminated. Ask the office folks and maintenance how that worked out. Vote on any changes. When was the last time you voted on anything? Like say, the current lack of bases? Changes in rotation length? Loss of the bonus structure. I was there the day he was asked that. I personally heard him say, “what bonus”. That ridiculous uniform that was designed by his wife and daughter and delivered ever so proudly by handjob. Took away the enhanced 401k without discussion or notice. I could go on, but folks like you say, hey, it’s no big deal. Things are even better now. You must be an IGM kinda goober smoocher. That seems a bit high. The last 2 classes I seen had about 5-6 per class. 2 classes since “post pandemic” hiring freeze. 50 through the end of the year is the number we were told would be brought on.
