So the arbitrator has ordered management to present their compensation proposal to us by the 26th. I'm not sure if he will allow it to be made public or not. But we will know whether management is "bargaining in our best interest" as JW said in his email, or if they are full of...it.

A current or future share owner can buy into the normal fractional ownership plan or into Red Label. Flex has seen a massive surge of new owners into the Red Label program since it started.
Needless to say, the union doesn't like it and wants it dissolved.

Red Label is a marketing program that lists specific crews to specific tail numbers.
A current or future share owner can buy into the normal fractional ownership plan or into Red Label. Flex has seen a massive surge of new owners into the Red Label program since it started.
Needless to say, the union doesn't like it and wants it dissolved.

Funny how you left out the part about how Red Label crews are grossly overpaid for flying the same aircraft as their peers, how they routinely DON'T fly their assigned tails, and get bags of money thrown at them in the name of bonuses while the rest of us barely get bonuses worth a days pay. And most importantly, how it's a scheme to pit pro and anti union guys against each other in an effort to decertify the Union. Didn't you notice how they immediately shut down Yammer when the union leadership guys started taking it to RH and his minions? They don't like being exposed for the frauds that they are.
As for your comments, I can't speak for the Red Label Challengers Legacys and Lears, but the Global's aren't making wads of cash as you say. They are paid average at best for a Global PIC and the bonuses have been scarce since 90 and 91 have spent more time in MX than flying.
As for Yammer, the company could grow thicker skin, but the pilots should also find a non company source to whine and complain.
The company doesn't like the union idea and neither do half or more of the pilots......but I find it hard to see how Ken could create a marketing sales "gimmick" to wamfoozle the union and also make wads of cash and sales.
The majors are hiring if you want out!

Your response was fine right up to the shot at the union. As far as Yammer goes, if it was strictly for the company to use as a company information forum, then they should've never picked a fight on there with the Union by posting blatant falsehoods and half truths. I'm glad they decided to fight back and when they did, the company shut the entire site down. Btw, how's the replacement forum coming that they promised would replace it? You see, in Ricci's kingdom, there is no free speech or dissenting.

Actually, I've asked every person I've flown on red label airplanes for the last six months (more than half my rotations have been on red label airplanes): "How do you like red label?" The answer from every single one has been: "What is red label?" So your first statement is dubious at best. As for the dissolution of the program, we simply want all pilots to be under the same bid system and pay system. Management seeks segregation, we seek equality. On the pay side, red label is not overpaid. Rather underpaid in comparison to our peers. We seek to at least be paid equally to red label in this arbitration because we all work at least as hard as red label pilots. Do you object to pay parity for all of us? Do you really believe the red label pilots work harder? B------t!
