$45K base for a FO position when a newhire at the regionals can be paid upwards of $60K to fly RJs? What's next? Will Flexjet be paying Aerion pilots $100K per year to fly the next Concorde?https://www.flexjet.com/press/flexje...business-jets/
What a shame! I have always had respect for Flexjet and the crews I have met on the road.

I'm afraid that is the current state of affairs. And with both Ricci and his henchman Sylvestro refusing to join in any negotiations, it is not going to change for the foreseeable future.
