I got the job, flying the legacy 450, starting on the 19th. We were told an extremely tentative upgrade time of 2.5 years with current growth...not holding my breath on that one.

Congrats! That's the newest and most advanced airplane out there. Enjoy the sidestick!

there are 4 in class currently..all going to the Challenger 350 (we then do differences in the 300)
been told they are hiring at least 100 over the next 12 months

I haven't really talked to any flextjet guys, can you give me the lowdown on the real quality of life there, what a typical work week is like, etc? Feelings about the company?

Or a link to a thread that might already be buried in....

well I know there is a seat lock, I don't really know what it is because apparently they haven't really had to deal with it lately but I think it was 2 years
