My latest info says this is not the case. Apparently they did away with the training contracts for new-hires.

If someone else knows better please feel free to correct me on that.

Illini: what is covered during training, eg., lodging, per diem, etc.?

Would anyone happen to know if they are looking to hire more people in operations like dispatchers or schedulers? Didn't see anything on the website but if they plan to hire that many pilots by the end of the year I'm assuming they'd want to beef up the operations department.

we also got out one rooms and share 2 rental cars between 4 of us while in Montreal
