As expected, management is attempting to delay jcba as long as possible. They are, despite the contract language they agreed to, attempting to not accept the seniority list. Not unforeseen, or unexpected, but also not conducive to growing our business. The closest comparison is a four year old having a tantrum.

Supposedly 23 new airplane coming this year. But they are selling some Lear 40s and the 604/5 fleet. I'm not sure if there will be a net gain in new planes or not. But we have too many uncrewed airplanes as it is. We should be hiring to staff those planes now. Management are not talking to the pilots at all. You can't even get an answer with a direct question on yammer. Union supporter, union detractor, doesn't matter. They just won't share any information. Like I said, it's the same as a four year old throwing a tantrum.

Most of which could still be getting paid with benefits had the union not screwed them out of the VSP. Since teamsters didn't get to act like they were the ones who came up with the package they said no deal. I'm sure the pilots who wanted a years pay instead of 8 weeks of pay appreciates that.
