Any guesses as to what a new hire this year might see for upgrade times post-Covid? I understand it had been running 1.5 - 2 years, so do you guys see that moving out much (or even all the way to the 5-year guarantee)?

What was the main driver of upgrades pre-Covid...attrition of Flex pilots to the airlines, or fleet growth?

Last announcement from the company was 16 months. I see that going up as people who bypassed start jumping in. Upgrades will primarily be do to growth.

Customer service based questions, why you want to work here, hr questions, nothing technical.

Sim ride is you take off do a ILS approach to landing. Next a V1 cut up to 1500 feet. The airport we used was Memphis.

For the sim, do the provide profiles/call outs? Let’s just say I’m on a certain aircraft right now that does 90% of the work for you on an engine failure, and my current procedures won’t be applicable to a more conventional aircraft.

I was told to use the callouts that I’m use to. Pretty much you’ll get the V1 cut and call for a check list at 1500’ sim evaluation is over. All I said was “power lose, set max thrust” 1500’ I asked for the QRH for engine failure”
