Any current NJ guys here have any insight on what it takes to get noticed? I've seen some guys with only about 3000hrs and a type getting hired with no internals. Current RJ FO but I spent most of my career in the charter/fractional world and would love to go to Netjets.

Toward the end of hiring on the last round they wanted a server with an ATP. I'm guessing they still want the same. Highlight any possible service background. There are any number of things, even for 121 guys.

Haven't they already done this? Newhires only got to chose from a list of 100...

You answered your own question. Newhires are on the 100 domicile system. B scale basing. Any contract that puts any pilot on a B scale is a no from me.

I just interviewed, awaiting word. You really think the two sides are that far apart on resolution? Just trying to get smart on the temp......

They aren't that far apart necessarily. Seems like the typical game right now more than anything.
