Well when you see the last two post get deleted from Ooo, the company is trying to hide something here. From my understanding, this is what I hear: Management does not put anything in writing, especially pay scales so they can have the power to back out of any promises they give the pilots. Florida is a fire at will state and the company uses that to their advantage. Secondly, I didn't know Lodge of the Ozarks or La Quintas in Branson are counted as "IHG or Hilton Product Hotels". It's a complete lie, they will stick you in the cheapest hotel they can find. If you have a family and want medical insurance forget about it, a quarter of the salary will go towards covering your family. This company is known for a whole bunch of promises, but none of them ever get delivered. If there is promises that are delivered it's only half way. Example: Raises! If you have been an FO for 4 years and upgrade, you will not receive 4 year Captain pay, you will be given First Year Captain Pay. What Airline does that? In Conclusion Stay Away!!!
