The real question is where have Riverside & Archer gone? I just wasted 20 minutes of my life reading through this thread, and you could cut the sexual tension between them with a knife. I was really enjoying the 'will they/won't they' dramatics until now.. did they get banned?

Only crappy hotel is laquinta in Naples Florida. Usually a Hilton or IHG product. We are home based, no commuting. Wanding? Yes, security is part of the charter biz. Upgrades are merit based. We like to see how well new applicants perform before we turn them loose. Time in seat? Yep! New captains make mistakes. For some of our new captains , this is their first captain position in a turbojet under 121. We don't have a union and as far as I'm concerned it can stay that way. Unions only protect weak pilots. They hide under a contract. Saw that a lot at comair. We've terminated weak pilots in training and have downgraded captains. Overall it's a great place to work.

Well when you see the last two post get deleted from Ooo, the company is trying to hide something here. From my understanding, this is what I hear: Management does not put anything in writing, especially pay scales so they can have the power to back out of any promises they give the pilots. Florida is a fire at will state and the company uses that to their advantage. Secondly, I didn't know Lodge of the Ozarks or La Quintas in Branson are counted as "IHG or Hilton Product Hotels". It's a complete lie, they will stick you in the cheapest hotel they can find. If you have a family and want medical insurance forget about it, a quarter of the salary will go towards covering your family. This company is known for a whole bunch of promises, but none of them ever get delivered. If there is promises that are delivered it's only half way. Example: Raises! If you have been an FO for 4 years and upgrade, you will not receive 4 year Captain pay, you will be given First Year Captain Pay. What Airline does that? In Conclusion Stay Away!!!

Don't know who you are but feel free to pm me. Branson hotel was paid for by Branson airport. We had no choice in hotels. Yes the Ozark was a dump. Actually the new laquinta in Branson is great! Insurance for employee is free. Expensive for family. We're a new company. They're watching costs. Don't like it, don't apply. We put new hires and crews in town up at our cost at crown plaza on the beach in Melbourne. You're obviously immature. If your contact works for us and has a problem, have him call JEFF. He has my number.
