Sorry, I was speaking more from a passenger point of view of the CRJ-200 there, my fault for not stating that... same opinion of the Boeing 757-300, horrible as a passenger, may well be great as a pilot but then, I don't fly them either.

30$ per hour it very low for FO 1st year pay, so low that I never pick up open time, not worth the time away from home.
They're working on it supposedly. And $30 is bad for first year? I know the industry is different now but you'll never know how easy you have it now. Guys used to have to pick up open time just to make ends meet. Now we get an extra 23 grand just for being employed.
