Quote: What is going on with this forum? This is the greatest time to be a pilot since the 60s. Demand is high, supply is low and corporations are profitable.
All those profits should be trickling down any day now! [emoji849]

Never, ever, underestimate the vast depth of corporate greed.
Quote: Very true. I like RJ. I think he does a good job.. not his fault Endeavor came out of nowhere with huge pay raises..

You are completely out of touch with reality.
The 175SC’s have a 3rd FA jumpseat....????... why? (Insight)

Uhhh... everyone could see those raises coming. Working on rolling the bonuses into a raise was spoke of LONG before the release of their TA.

Also, seeing that you like RJ makes me believe I shouldn’t any longer. Sadly, you have Stockholm syndrome so badly that everyone on here that reads your posts thinks you are management.
If you like RJ then he must not be looking out for the pilots best interest anymore.

Sister wife?

Extra DH capacity to move crews into the NY market for inevitable IROPS.
Quote: Is RJ or mgmt running for VP?
Nope.

K.C. is out to lunch thinking his bid-for-days-off reserve changes help this pilot group. The bad idea wasn’t even implemented well.
Had K.C. In the jump last negotiation round and after much discussion he finally got frustrated and fessed up, "well we're just regional pilots so we shouldn't expect much". End of discussion, I knew then we were doomed.

Oh come on. Everyone saw those pay raises coming, including RJ. Which is why the company was in such a rush to get that stupid TA passed.
Quote: But advocating unions in public is a non-go for SAPA people, I think it even used to be in the by-laws? In any event such a stance would make you persona non grata in SGU, and would thus be counter-productive to getting things done in the sapa context.
Not correct, I was an unabashed union guy when I was a rep. Raised some eyebrows sure, but I got some things done. The bylaw thing was a non-issue
