I'm in the January 25th class. Any idea if we will be doing indoc virtually or in person?

As of now, it's still virtual. I imagine the first class to be in person again for indoc will post here and let us know.

we’ll see if they ever go back to in person. I’m sure they’d love to continue to reap the cost savings of virtual.

Then maybe they can keep the single hotel rooms for the rest of the in person training...one can dream can't we...

I agree though, they are probably saving a ton of money on hotels, transportation, meals, etc. by doing it virtually for the first phase.

Is the week after indoc still virtual/CBT's for CRJ? If that's the case then you wouldn't actually go to SLC until Week ~3 of training?

Don't know yet, I can let you know in December though... I'd be okay with that since my son will still be home from college during indoc and then the week after that before he heads back to school.

After indoc the 5 days of CBTs is from home. You start ground school in SLC the monday after indoc ends. For those of you starting soon I recommend reviewing the limitations a little before going to GS as it'll be one less thing you have to worry about while studying for the GV and flow validation. Make sure you have a decent understanding of the systems as well, because the CBTs are the only time its covered. Systems aren't tested on the GV though

Getting a lot of conflicting info here. Many people say not to study anything other than what is given to you when it's given to you in training. Others say something similar to the above. How can you get the limitation information ahead of time and know that it's the correct info to memorize?

I'm not sure if you have access to SWOL yet, but if you do, you can access company manuals in there and review the SOPM chapter 2. Limitations will be in there. They will be current and accurate.
