So AA WO= travel on AA.. SkyWest = Travel on AA/UA/DL….

Go to an AA WO and you will have the cash to just buy tickets for your family.

LOL

Those numbers are the desired PBS block time award caps. Most of us are awarded 90-95 and fly that or more each month.

Credit, flying that would be illegal when speaking of averages.

Not if you count non-movement time, which we do… big time!

Yes, you can tell who works here and who doesn’t.

“We found more time to make you legal after all!”

I am only on Reserve right now so obviously I am not completely in the know, but I can totally see credit of 95-100+ each month, but how on earth can you average 90-95 block without getting a free vacation for an entire month at the end of a rolling year since you’ve timed out?

Obviously there will be some months that you fly 95 hours, but to average that every month?

Can someone explain "user time" to me like I'm two years old? I have about 25 hours worth of it, is there anything I can do?

Call in sick/emergency?
Cash it out? (wait until you upgrade if not a CA)
Donate it?
Take time off ?(haha)
It's worth 25 hours of credit on your paycheck.
