I just avoid commuting on DL. They seem to always find a way to screw it up.

Does a pilot need to be flying in direct support of AA in order to get the full AA travel benefits? Or do all pilots at SkyWest receive AA benefits?

on the ERJ side, yes, the CRJ not sure.
