Like zero.

Why? I know of plenty of guys who got offered early classes by many months when they made it known they would be available at short notice. Still plenty of no shows.

Sounds like a good question to ask in your interview.

Because they are running forced upgrade classes right now. So they are not doing as many new-hire F/O classes as prior times.

I have a class date in march for ERJ. Got a generic email the other day saying there are CRJ class seats open in December if I wanted one. ERJ is for sure booked out past march right now.

I'd take the CRJ and get on with it. The sooner you start, the sooner you can move on to where you really want to be.

CRJ trips generally are worse than ERJ trips, but you might consider bases more than anything.
