Because with the exception of the top three ( and #2 doesn’t want it until next year) everyone that wants DFW on the standing bid list has been here for less than 3 months which basically means still in training or on IOE.
So out of 7 slots for dfw, 5 will be filled by people that’s haven’t completed IOE yet.

Oh that makes sense, thank you guys. I have some 30 names on top of me, but some of them have other domiciles listed first, including myself. One need to learn how this seniority thing works for sure!.
I'm still finishing sims in ATL anyways.
