We’re getting more 700s for AA. Not sure but I believe some growth on those in LAX as well.

Even if all of the growth in CA is ERJ, it will still create openings on the CRJ side. CRJ pilots will transition, upgrade, and quit, creating openings.

CRJ also gives you the option of being based in FAT or PSP, while waiting on a spot in SFO or LAX to open up.

they don’t have a transition class on the books for awhile…. 95% of ERJ CA seats will be filled with upgrades this year..

I won’t be here by the end of the year so however management goes about means nothing to me. But honestly they’ve given PLENTY of opportunities to transition. I’m looking at a whole lot of ERJ FO bids in for upgrade.
