I know what you’re saying about PIC time, but for me my options are really limited. I don’t have a four year degree. So, it’s either find a job that will positive space me for a commute (without a degree that means 135) or stay at skywest. If the ERJ comes to PHX, then I will stay at skywest

SkyWest could close their PHX operation in 5 or 10 years from now completely and where will that leave you?

spirit and frontier both hire without degrees and both have a base in Vegas which is an easy commute from PHX. Allegiant has an IWA base.
SkyWest could close their PHX operation in 5 or 10 years from now completely and where will that leave you?

I know, with a pretty high degree of certainty, my app will not score high enough without a degree to ever see human eyeballs even with 1000+ hours of PIC. Not a complaint. It’s just how it is.
