FO ERJ PHX sounds like a great job for, idk, decades? to come. Money aside that’s a great QOL play! I get it. Good luck.

Atlas, Kalitta, ATI, Western Global. None care about a degree and positive space you to work.
And pay a ton more too than Skywest.

Work means more than life, go ahead. Otherwise, enjoy life and be with friends and family.

spirit and frontier both hire without degrees and both have a base in Vegas which is an easy commute from PHX. Allegiant has an IWA base.

SkyWest could close their PHX operation in 5 or 10 years from now completely and where will that leave you?

Get your PIC time and get out.

So could Allegiant and Spirt.. The point is. Your in the wrong business if your not willing to except change and a different commute every 5-10 years…

I know, with a pretty high degree of certainty, my app will not score high enough without a degree to ever see human eyeballs even with 1000+ hours of PIC. Not a complaint. It’s just how it is.
