You took a response solely directed towards your recent retention deal and made it out as if I’m anti union. Nice spin btw, it’s a financial handcuff, nothing less or more. You had an opportunity to increase pay rates and you failed miserably. Management got exactly what they wanted.

I recently read the entire LOA, I stick to what I said, it’s a financial trap. You will have most of your pilots take the free money, and some will immediately pay off debt with the cash. Either way if they receive CJO’s elsewhere some may not have a dime left to make the repayments. That’s going to be a tough financial spot, and Delta management knows that. That’s why instead of giving you all of the money WHEN you flow, they’re giving it to you NOW.
Those other “contract improvements” already apply to most regionals, and they’re not officially instilled in the contract in a year+ if I recollect?
