Sir, you have made your point on the regional upgrade issue several times, in several threads on both SkyWest and other regional threads. I’ve read your thesis several times, it hasn’t changed, 5+5 still equals 10.
I’m asking you to respectfully to stop hijacking every thread. We’ve heard your thesis, some of us were informed already. I have to believe every active reader of the forums have surely read at least 1 of your 100 posts on why this isn’t attrition isn’t sustainable.

I’m actually not so sure that Delta and United follow suit… The AA regionals can’t hire everyone and the amount of money that was just shoved at them is entirely unsustainable. It’s indicative of AA’s over-reliance on regionals if anything.

To say this another way, huge bonuses and huge salaries are signals of desperation. Don’t get me wrong I want a raise at OO and think it’s coming, but if the rates aren’t quite as eye-popping as Envoy it might just be because OO isn’t teetering on the brink of collapse.

I mean yes, AA proclaimed their commitment to the regional model… Because they had to or their business model was at a high risk of failing. AA is much more heavily dependent on regional lift than both Delta and United are. Delta brought a ton of that flying in-house with the 717s and A220s. United is bringing it in-house with their large 737 order. AA can’t do either of those things in the same ways that DA and UA did/can do.

It's a good time to be a pilot with lots of opportunity out there, there's something for everybody who wants it.

Currently UA is about 65%, AA 64% and DL 45%, UA wants to park 200 50 seaters by 2026 and grow their mainline fleet which should bring them down to DL's ratio. This is aircraft numbers not seats so I don't now how that breaks down.
