Can’t wait to hear from TTG about all the “noise” and why his top tier offer got $hi+canned.

Wondering whether anybody on the board has details around the part-time program that's rumored to have been an element of the TA. Could be a compelling incentive for many ATPs who'd like to get back in the cockpit, but not at 80 or 90 hours per month.

You’ll never see it, just a look good feel good program they never intend to use.

Mesa does not have a snap back. I don’t understand why people think there is a snap back with the mesa rates. There just isn’t.

the mess snap back will be some corp restructuring or other trick. Don’t underestimate Ornstein. Enjoy while it lasts but none of this is long term sustainable - for any regional for that matter.

The gift in the mean time will force other regionals to raise their pay. And the rising tide will finally lift all boats

Maybe I misunderstood, but I heard that "if" the AA rates snap back at the end of the 24 month term, then they revert to the highest regional rate, + 10%. Which would currently be a 19% increase for them, thanks to Mesa.
