What does “no stand alone” ready reserve mean? Ready reserve after a trip is still OK?

Thank you for posting. Starting next month.

Just to be clear, year 1 FO pay rate is $60. Year 2 $63.

To get CA pay at 750 hrs you have to put in an unrestricted bid for Captain. I’m sure that means any base any aircraft.

The QOL improvements are even better. The car salesmen are gonna have an easy job selling this turkey

It means they can no longer build RDY pairings that don’t have any legs. Previously they could build a pairing that was simply 8 hours of ready-reserve and slap it on a reserve’s schedule.

RDY at the end of a pairing will still exist

Thank you for this info. Regarding the 401k, How do I interpret this? The company will automatically contribute 3% of your pay into your 401k, and then match dollar for dollar with no cap?
