As long as everyone keeps one-upping and renegotiating thei TAs, will anyone actually get to spend some months flying at these hyperbolic rates before they get hired by the mainline competitor?

Mesa to top out at $215? Yeah let’s not waste any more time and just pull the vote, regional pay scales are going to be closer to the LCC pay scales at this rate. Just curious, where does this group think we should be topped out at?

Anyone else love how Mesa stole all of SkyWest's thunder with their new pay? The timing was beautiful, now SkyWest management has egg on its face.

It’s weird to see pattern bargaining actually work so well for once, but this irrational exuberance by Mgmt is kinda freaking me out

Nice to see an ALPA regional carrier make the Utah Air Force Group look out-of-touch. Because they are.

You guys deserve what others are getting.

Hey TT. Break the flight attendants off. Go 5hr MDG. Pay captains year one 737 FO pay. Stop with the iPad notification crap. Come on over to the REAL world where pilots are getting what they deserve.

Management have already planned on a worst case no vote situation making them push up the pay up from the current TA, but I doubt they planned on having to bump it up as high as what Mesa just put out today. Whatever they do, it will likely happen pretty fast, next week is going to be very interesting.

I doubt anything will happen quickly with this TA. The Company will hold SAPA to the vote dates, guaranteed. I hope I'm wrong, but why would they pull the vote? There is a "chance" it passes, in the Companies perspective, so there's no way they pull the TA. A measly 51% is all they need, and 20% of the FO's can't vote because they haven't completed IOE yet. The Company saves money by delaying the next round of negotiation, but at the cost of losing new hire pilots. The Gone list for Aug will be staggering imho.

Pulling the vote early would tell the company they can shove it and that the group is furious, but saps oops I mean sapa want to make sure the company is happy with them so they don’t get fired and lose their job since they have no union to back them up.
