Is SLC or Denver a stretch for a new hire out of training? Either Bro/CRJ?

Denver is possible, if you get the CRJ, as it does not have an EMB base. SLC, not so much. They just awarded two transfers to SLC EMB to guys who were hired this summer, so it should be possible within a matter of months especially as attrition/upgrades/transitions pick up. The most junior FO on the CRJ in SLC has been here over a year.

Now that Skywest is taking over some of Great Lakes essential air service flying, is it fair to say there numbers out of Denver /Colorado will increase and they will be moving some of the bros there to cover the routes?

The SLC domicile has been shrinking over the last several years. Reduction in Delta 200 flying, opening MSP...But we're down 20% in the number of RJ crews here now. And very few get transferred in.
The only good news is that the list of those wanting into SLC is rather small on the FO side.
