I am very pleasantly surprised. Is it what I wanted ? No. Is it given the circumstances (pinnacle tsa) a pretty good deal, pay raise and QOL improvement for me? Absolutely. Nice job SAPA.

I see that there is wording in there about the E175 but I'm having trouble deciphering it. Are Skywest E175 pilots going to be paid CRJ-200 rates for all soft time?

No, the E175 rates are hard rates. This is probably the biggest win for our group

Would the 2 year seat lock apply to only new hires or do current bro pilots need to put in 2 years once the TA passes?

New hires only. Here is to hoping our brothers and sisters at Expressjet get a good contract. You guys and girls deserve it big time. Don't let them tell you you can't be competitive without taking concessions.

It will only apply to those who accept an award (or get hired) after the pay package is ratified by the pilots. Which I'm sure it will be.

Why would a pilot vote no?
