Estimating that the good times keep rolling. |

In other news, RIP RG. He was one of the last of a dying breed of good CPs. Mgmt claims another life.

So did SL retire or refire?

Maybe RG will reign in some of these chief pilots. He was a great guy and did everything he could to help you as long as you were trying to help yourself.

Sorry. I was in a bad mood yesterday.. I would pick SkyWest over Compass. SKW is more "rooted" out west. Does Compass even have a mx base west of the rockies...??...
its ok, LOL... thanks for the great info.. and yes, I will send my app to them. :D |
SL & RG are two of the best we have. SL isn't getting 'retired' he is off to UPS, loss for SkyW pilots but gain for UPS.
Now to find a replacement for RG. |
SL is a great pilot and an even better person. I had high hopes when he was promoted and thought that he could fix some of the perceptions in SGU. Unfortunately, SGU is so isolated from everything that they can live in their own perceived utopia. I know he gave it his best effort to help the pilots but was the lone voice of reason at times.
I'm happy for his new opportunity. |
